NOESAR is a private AI intelligence platform built on CodeN Ultra — a sovereign AI engine running entirely on your servers. No data leaves to external clouds. The AI responds in real time, remembers conversation context and can access your company documents.

🔑 How to access

Access is via web browser or SSH terminal. You only need the credentials provided by your administrator.

Open your browser

Go to the address provided by your administrator (e.g. https://yourdomain.com/client.html). Works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

Enter your password

On first access you will be asked for a password. Use the one provided by your administrator. It is saved in the browser for subsequent sessions.

Start using NOESAR

After login you reach the main screen. Navigation is in the left sidebar.

The chat is the heart of NOESAR. You can ask questions, request analysis, generate text, solve problems — in any language.

Vault Mode (📚 All / 📄 Documents Only)

With 📚 All the AI uses both its knowledge and your uploaded documents. With 📄 Documents Only it replies based solely on your company files.

Attach files or images

Click the 📎 button to attach PDF, images or text files. The AI analyses them and responds based on the content.

📂 Documents (Vault)

The Vault is the semantic archive of your company documents. Every uploaded file is analysed, indexed and made available to the AI for searches and questions.

Upload a document

Go to Documents → drag the file to the upload area or click to select it. Supports PDF, Word (.docx), text (.txt) and images.

Fill in the metadata

Add category, year, tags and an optional description. The code is generated automatically (e.g. CON-2024-001 for a contract).

Organise into folders

Create folders from the sidebar (+ New folder) to organise documents by project, year or type.

Query your documents

In Chat, enable 📚 All and ask: "What are the payment terms in the Rossi contract?". The AI replies with citations [CODE §N].

💡 Archive vs Delete: You can archive a document (hidden but recoverable) or permanently delete it. Deletion requires double confirmation with a checkbox. Archived documents appear in a separate section and can be restored.

NOESAR includes 7 tools callable directly from chat. No need to leave the platform: just ask the AI to use them.

💡 How to use them: Write normally in the chat. The AI automatically understands when to use a tool. Generated files (Excel, PDF) appear with a download button directly in the response.

⚡ SSH Terminal

For technical users, NOESAR offers a terminal interface accessible via SSH — ideal for advanced workflows, scripting and quick access without a browser.

Connect via SSH

From PuTTY or terminal: ssh user@yourserver. Request SSH credentials from your administrator.

⚠ Note: The terminal uses the alternate screen buffer. Make sure to use PuTTY, iTerm2, Windows Terminal or an emulator that supports ANSI escape codes. The Unraid web console is not compatible.

The browser terminal is also available in the ⚡ Coden Ultra section of the WebUI — same features, without SSH.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Does the AI have access to the internet?
No. NOESAR is completely private and offline. The AI model runs entirely on company servers. No requests are sent to external services.
What types of files can I upload in Documents?
PDF, Word documents (.docx), text files (.txt) and images (.jpg, .png). The maximum file size is configured by the administrator.
Does the AI remember previous conversations?
Yes, within the same session. Sessions are visible in the History section. AI memory (Nano Memory) allows context to be retrieved from past conversations.
How do I permanently delete a document?
Go to Documents, hover over the document and click 🗑. A confirmation window with a mandatory checkbox will appear. You also have the option to archive instead of delete — archiving is reversible.
Can I use NOESAR from a smartphone?
Yes, the WebUI is responsive and works on mobile. For the best experience we recommend a tablet or PC. The SSH terminal requires a dedicated SSH client (e.g. Termius for iOS/Android).
Does the password expire?
The session token lasts 168 hours (7 days). After expiry you will be asked to re-enter your password. Contact your administrator to reset it.
How do I download an Excel or PDF file generated by the AI?
When the AI generates a file, a 📥 Download button appears in the response. Click it for direct download. Files remain available for the current session.
Can the AI make mistakes?
Yes. Like all AI models, NOESAR can make mistakes — especially on complex calculations, recent data or very specific information. Always verify critical information from original sources.
